Terms
- Payment in full must be made before the buyer takes possession of the puppy.
- Selling Price of Mini Bernedoodles is Call for Pricing
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 will hold your puppy of choice.
- Final payment is due at pickup and must be in cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Health Guarantee
We have done everything possible to produce healthy, sound puppies—raising them with quality diet, exercise, socialization, and veterinary care.
Puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee.
At delivery, each puppy will have been examined by a veterinarian and will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and worming (as stated in the health certificate).
Not Covered: viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, hypoglycemia, giardia, coccidiosis, parasites, illnesses from ingesting foreign objects, food, chemicals, or injury.
Limited Warranty
- Buyer must have the puppy examined by their veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.
- If the veterinarian finds a life-threatening issue, the buyer must provide the seller with the original vet letter detailing the diagnosis and prognosis.
- The puppy must be returned immediately, or an autopsy must prove the cause of death was the seller’s fault.
- Minor or correctable conditions, breed-related minor issues, and conditions the puppy may grow out of are not covered.
- Heat-related illness, exhaustion, and dehydration are not covered—puppies must be kept indoors.
- No warranty is made for size, eye color, or coat color when grown.
- Seller is not responsible for vet bills after the puppy is released into the buyer’s care.
- Warranty is void if the puppy is not examined within the 72-hour window.
Buyer’s Responsibility
- Buyer assumes all costs after sale, including transportation.
- Puppy must be housed indoors, provided proper nutrition, socialization, and training.
- Outdoor time must be supervised with a secure fence or other safety measures.
- Puppy must not be allowed to run free or live in unsafe or unhealthy conditions.
- If neglect or abuse is found, the seller has the right to repossess the puppy without refund.
Vaccinations
Buyer must keep all vaccinations and preventative care up to date.
Buyer must avoid exposing puppy to contagious diseases.
Spay & Neuter Requirement
Puppy must be spayed or neutered at the buyer’s expense.
A Forever Home – First Right of Refusal
If the buyer cannot keep the puppy, the seller must be given the first opportunity to take the puppy back or assist in rehoming.
Puppy must never be sold to a pet store, laboratory, research facility, animal shelter, pound, or given away for free.
